Lights - Everybody Breaks A Glass

July 25, 2011

Fellow Torontonian, Lights, has released her new track "Everybody Breaks A Glass" featuring Holy Fuck and Shad. It's a typical Lights track, synth-y and catchy. I've been to one of her concerts and she's really great. Check out the lyric video to the song below. I love that she's so diversely talented and does everything herself including this video and the illustrations!

Paramore - Monster (Video Premiere)

I'm a little late on this one, but Paramore are still making the catchiest pop-rock ever, this time they landed a spot on the new Transformers movie soundtrack, lending them their song "Monster". I'm excited to hear their new material now that the brothers have left the group. But it's all about Hayley and that amazing voice anyway. Check out the official music video below.

The Saturdays - All Fired Up

The Saturdays are ready to release their new second single "All Fired Up" and it's a fucking club smash! These girls sure know how to churn out the tunes. I love everything they do!... Well except for maybe their dancing ability. But yes! Here was have the lyric video, but I'm dying to see what they come up with for the official music vid. Check it out, put your speakers on blast, and werk!

Porcelain Black rocks David Letterman

Crazy pop-rocker Porcelain Black is finally getting some exposure and got to perform her debut single "This Is What Rock 'n' Roll Looks Like" on David Letterman for her first ever live televised performance. I love her white trashy-ness on stage. She's like a gothic Ke$ha. The single different but still pop and catchy. I really like it. Her voice is actually very good and quite unique. I think you'll either hate her, or you'll love her. She's also set to cameo in the new Rock of Ages movie starring Tom Cruise and Mary J. Blige. Anywho check out her performance on David "Perv-o" Letterman below.

2NE1 - Hate You (Video Premiere)

The best K-Pop group in all of history are back with their latest single "Hate You", and this time have decided to go with an animated music video. The song is the latest off their mini-album and the visuals were created and directed by Australian-Korean graphic artist Mari Kim. It's quite action-packed and personally, I love watching Dara get her ass kicked, bahaha! This mini-album era has been pretty good so far and with each release they have come out with something new and exciting. Let's see what the girls come up with when they release their fourth and final single "Ugly". In the meantime, check out their badass anime video below.

Rebecca Black - My Moment (Video Premiere)

Rebecca Black has decided to bless our lives with another one of her amazing songs. This one entitled "My Moment" goes out to all the haters. It's her moment to shine and she wants the world to know it... Except that her 15 minutes of fame are over. I don't even know how they got 3 amazing So You Think You Can Dance dancers in this video. Robert, Lauren and Kent must really be needing some extra cash. But hey, a job's a job, right?

Neon Hitch - Bad Dog

Neon Hitch has been the most underrated new face in music this year and she's not stopping. Back with a new single "Bad Dog" which has a lot more commercial appeal. Hopefully it does well for her, and why wouldn't it? It's all about sex! Check out the official lyric to the track below. And make sure you buy it, request it, make your friends listen to it, put it on repeat, etc!

Leona Lewis - Collide

July 16, 2011

Leona Lewis is back after her sophomore slump, ready to conquer the charts once again, this time with a dance track "Collide" as her first single, keeping her flawless vocals in tact over some hard beats. Let's see if the song picks up and becomes another hit song for her. Check it out below and let me know what you think!

Jessica Mauboy - Inescapable (Video Premiere)

My Australian queen of R&B/Pop is back with a new single "Inescapable". The flawless track is set to be the lead single off the flawless "Get 'Em Girls" album re-release. I love Jessica! Her voice, mer music, her album. Always amazing. The video is another low-budget affair though. Having two little back-up dancers and a few cages for her too look fierce in. The guy being tied up is adorable! Check out the video below.

Pixie Lott - All About Tonight (Video Premiere)

Cutie Pixie Lott has premiered her new single "All About Tonight" off her upcoming album, and here we have the music video for the track as well. The song is fun and the video matches it quite well, with Pixie and her crew breaking it down on the streets. Now, she's not really a dancer so it's a little funny seeing her shake her hips and pop that pussy, but it's all in good fun. Also not a fan of that new hair, but she's still a cutie! Check it out!

Melanie C - Think About It (Video Premiere)

Sporty Spice is gearing up to release another solo album entitled "The Sea", out in September. She actually turns out some pretty decent tracks, including this one, her new single "Think About It". The video on the other hand is pretty basic bitch. It's just Mel standing in front of what looks like various Windows Media Player Visualizations, in different outfits. She still looks great but I don't think that eye make-up is flattering at all. Check out the mew vid below.

Demi Lovato - Skyscraper (Video Premiere)

My favourite Disney bitch, Demi Lovato,  is back after a stint in rehab with her new single "Skyscraper". The track was written with the help of the best Estonian artist ever, Kerli. The track is perfect for Demi in this time of her life and since its release has shot to the top of iTunes! She has some hardcore fans and is usually able to get a trending topic going on Twitter. Check out the simple video below. I was kind of expecting Skyscrapers to erupt from the group, but alas... at least shes looking as flawless as ever. Check it out!

Imogen Heap - Propeller Seeds (Video Premiere)

July 10, 2011

Imogen Heap released the second song "Propeller Seeds" to be included on her upcoming album, each song being released as soon as concluded as to keep them relevant to the time they were created. A new concept by the incredible artist she is. Check out the cool visuals for the 3D sounding track below.

Hyuna - Bubble Pop (Video Premiere)

Hyuna is a member of the highly successful K-Pop group 4Minute, proving that music knows no language barriers after her solo single "Bubble Pop" reached over one million views on the day of it's release, becoming an unexpected viral hit. It became the most watched video on YouTube that day and the majority of viewers weren't even from Asia. It has had 3.7 million views in four days, making it more watched than the last two music videos "Heart to Heart" and "Mirror Mirror" by her band 4Minute. Check out the sexy video below.

Dev - In The Dark (Video Premiere)

Dev has finally premiered the music video for the best thing she's ever done, "In The Dark". Every time it's on I just want to get up and dance! The video is simple yet great. It's another sinister and dark video full of idle hands and well, a giant sex orgy on the dancefloor. Just how I like it! Dev will release her debut album "The Night The Sun Came Up" on September 20th. Enjoy the video below!!

Beyonce - Best Thing I Never Had (Video Premiere)

Queen King B has released the official video for her second single off her latest NON FLOP album "4" entitled "Best Thing I Never Had". It's pretty much Irreplaceable 2.0 but still great. Her ballad videos are never as exciting as I hope (Halo, anyone?) but you still can't take your eyes off her. She basically walks around in white lingerie looking flawless, until she puts on her wedding dress looking even more flawless, walks down the isle to her new hubby remembering her ex and how much better off she is that she's not marrying him, then proceeds to her post-wedding party to dance with the kids looking flawless in another simple dress while making the cutest faces and enjoying every second of life. Flawless x10. Check it out!

Lasgo - Here With Me (Video Premiere)

Wow, it's been ages since I've heard anything from Lasgo. "Pray" was my shit back in '02! Glad to see they're still making music. Lasgo have premiered the video for their latest single "Here With Me". I was gunna say their vocalist looks completely different like she's had major surgery done or something, but it turns out it's really a different person. The original vocalist of the group was forced to leave in 2008. The video reminds me a little of Jessica Stan's "Mr. Saxobeat" minus the sluttiness and seducing of cops to escape... Check it out below!

Skylar Grey - Dance Without You (Video Premiere)

Skylar Grey has finally released her first solo music video for her buzz single "Dance Without You". The video is quite dark, but Skylar has never seemed like the bubbly pop type anyway. Her vocals always have a sort of haunting feel to them which is pretty cool. Skylar’s official first single "Invisible" was sent to radio last month but hasn’t really done anything yet. We'll see how she fairs in the industry without the help of being a featured artist on a track.

Lonny Bereal Feat. Kelly Rowland – Favor (Video Premiere)

Kelly Rowlegend is a featured artist on a new single by Lonny Bereal. "Favour" is another sexy and smooth R&B track, perfect for Kelly's vocals. Gurl is lookin' fly and those dancers are hot, hot, hot. The only thing wrong with this video is the unnecessary Chris Shit Brown cameo in the middle of it. Check it out below.

Beyonce - Run The World (Girls) (Alternate Version)

An alternative version of Beyonce's "Run The World (Girls)" music video has surfaced online. It's the same video but with some extra footage and different edits, as well as it being mostly focused on the dancing. Still a hot video with great fashion. I've been way too busy and lazy this month, so Queen B will remain this months Artist of the Month. She is just that amazing. Deal with it.

Britney Spears – I Wanna Go (DJ Frank E & Alex Dreamz Remix w/ Video)

Britney Spears premieres another music video, this time for the remix of her latest single "I Wanna Go". It's basically the same as the original, but a lot less fun and swearing.

Natalia Kills featuring Will.I.Am - Free (Video Premiere)

July 05, 2011

The queen of dark pop is back again with the official Will.I.Am assisted video to her 3rd single "Free". Watch as Natalia rolls around in all the cash she doesn't have, while singing about stretching that dolla bill in order to buy clothes and shoes instead of paying her rent. Sounds like any other hot female to me! Werk it bitch! Watch another fierce video by Miss Kills below.

Cher Lloyd - Swagger Jagger (Video Premiere)

July 01, 2011

I've been waiting a week for this and it's finally here! Cher Lloyd has premiered the music video for her debut single "Swagger Jagger" and it's kind of amazing. She is a complete mini version of Cheryl Cole, except still in her chav phase of course. She even looks exactly like Cheryl in certain frames at a quick first glance, it's a little scary. Dancing around with all that swag and big hair... fierce. The single is catchy as hell and I hope it does well for her. She was the only exciting part of last seasons UK X-Factor. Enjoy the video below!!
