2NE1 - Ugly (Video Premiere)

August 01, 2011

Flawless K-Pop queens, 2NE1,  have released their 4th (and final?) single "Ugly" from their new mini-album. It's completely amazing and everyone needs to grab a copy of it ASAP. "Ugly" is, again, a little different than the other singles, which is great! It has more of a rock feel to it and I think a lot of people can relate to the message. The video is pretty basic for what they usually turn out, but its still fun what with the fireworks and the blacklight paint. Check it out!!

Lights - Everybody Breaks A Glass

July 25, 2011

Fellow Torontonian, Lights, has released her new track "Everybody Breaks A Glass" featuring Holy Fuck and Shad. It's a typical Lights track, synth-y and catchy. I've been to one of her concerts and she's really great. Check out the lyric video to the song below. I love that she's so diversely talented and does everything herself including this video and the illustrations!

Paramore - Monster (Video Premiere)

I'm a little late on this one, but Paramore are still making the catchiest pop-rock ever, this time they landed a spot on the new Transformers movie soundtrack, lending them their song "Monster". I'm excited to hear their new material now that the brothers have left the group. But it's all about Hayley and that amazing voice anyway. Check out the official music video below.

The Saturdays - All Fired Up

The Saturdays are ready to release their new second single "All Fired Up" and it's a fucking club smash! These girls sure know how to churn out the tunes. I love everything they do!... Well except for maybe their dancing ability. But yes! Here was have the lyric video, but I'm dying to see what they come up with for the official music vid. Check it out, put your speakers on blast, and werk!

Porcelain Black rocks David Letterman

Crazy pop-rocker Porcelain Black is finally getting some exposure and got to perform her debut single "This Is What Rock 'n' Roll Looks Like" on David Letterman for her first ever live televised performance. I love her white trashy-ness on stage. She's like a gothic Ke$ha. The single different but still pop and catchy. I really like it. Her voice is actually very good and quite unique. I think you'll either hate her, or you'll love her. She's also set to cameo in the new Rock of Ages movie starring Tom Cruise and Mary J. Blige. Anywho check out her performance on David "Perv-o" Letterman below.

2NE1 - Hate You (Video Premiere)

The best K-Pop group in all of history are back with their latest single "Hate You", and this time have decided to go with an animated music video. The song is the latest off their mini-album and the visuals were created and directed by Australian-Korean graphic artist Mari Kim. It's quite action-packed and personally, I love watching Dara get her ass kicked, bahaha! This mini-album era has been pretty good so far and with each release they have come out with something new and exciting. Let's see what the girls come up with when they release their fourth and final single "Ugly". In the meantime, check out their badass anime video below.

Rebecca Black - My Moment (Video Premiere)

Rebecca Black has decided to bless our lives with another one of her amazing songs. This one entitled "My Moment" goes out to all the haters. It's her moment to shine and she wants the world to know it... Except that her 15 minutes of fame are over. I don't even know how they got 3 amazing So You Think You Can Dance dancers in this video. Robert, Lauren and Kent must really be needing some extra cash. But hey, a job's a job, right?

Neon Hitch - Bad Dog

Neon Hitch has been the most underrated new face in music this year and she's not stopping. Back with a new single "Bad Dog" which has a lot more commercial appeal. Hopefully it does well for her, and why wouldn't it? It's all about sex! Check out the official lyric to the track below. And make sure you buy it, request it, make your friends listen to it, put it on repeat, etc!

Leona Lewis - Collide

July 16, 2011

Leona Lewis is back after her sophomore slump, ready to conquer the charts once again, this time with a dance track "Collide" as her first single, keeping her flawless vocals in tact over some hard beats. Let's see if the song picks up and becomes another hit song for her. Check it out below and let me know what you think!

Jessica Mauboy - Inescapable (Video Premiere)

My Australian queen of R&B/Pop is back with a new single "Inescapable". The flawless track is set to be the lead single off the flawless "Get 'Em Girls" album re-release. I love Jessica! Her voice, mer music, her album. Always amazing. The video is another low-budget affair though. Having two little back-up dancers and a few cages for her too look fierce in. The guy being tied up is adorable! Check out the video below.

Pixie Lott - All About Tonight (Video Premiere)

Cutie Pixie Lott has premiered her new single "All About Tonight" off her upcoming album, and here we have the music video for the track as well. The song is fun and the video matches it quite well, with Pixie and her crew breaking it down on the streets. Now, she's not really a dancer so it's a little funny seeing her shake her hips and pop that pussy, but it's all in good fun. Also not a fan of that new hair, but she's still a cutie! Check it out!

Melanie C - Think About It (Video Premiere)

Sporty Spice is gearing up to release another solo album entitled "The Sea", out in September. She actually turns out some pretty decent tracks, including this one, her new single "Think About It". The video on the other hand is pretty basic bitch. It's just Mel standing in front of what looks like various Windows Media Player Visualizations, in different outfits. She still looks great but I don't think that eye make-up is flattering at all. Check out the mew vid below.
