Kaya Jones is a fellow Torontonian and an original member of The Pussycat Dolls from 2003-2004. Jones left the group after recording two songs for the PCD album, to pursue modeling, and a solo musical career. Biggest mistake of her life. But a girl's gotta try, right? Here she is, trying, with a new song and video for her new single "Waiting For Saturday".

but I think it's the good music video that is distracting me.
The song is pretty lame
I actually talked to Kaya today in a studio. If you think about it why on earth would a 21 year old (at the time) leave something with so much potential? Things must've been pretty bad. She obviously didn't leave for no reason but everything happens for a reason and her decision was probably the best decision for HER. And her decision wasn't because she wanted to do her own thing but of course she doesn't want to leave the music business. No young person would leave a group with an opportunity of a life time, things must've been pretty bad......
